Our business is the sale and supply of specialist automotive race, tuning & styling parts.
We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove, without notice, any information on this site as necessary.
We supply mainly non-standard parts. This means the parts we supply may not always be a straight forward fit. Some parts may need vehicle modifications to achieve an acceptable fit. We therefore recommend that parts we supply should be fitted by a professional mechanic or bodywork specialist.
Conditions means these terms and conditions and the “Special Conditions”. “Online Sales” means sales conducted through the Website. “Product” means a product displayed for sale on the Website. “Product Description” means that part of the Website where certain terms and conditions in respect of the individual Product are provided. “Special Conditions” means the terms and conditions in the Product Description. Any reference to you/buyer/purchaser means the person detailed on the sales invoice. “Users” means the users of the Website collectively. “User Information” means the details provided by you on registration; Any reference to we/us/company/seller means Fast Motion SIA. “Website” means the website located at www.FastMotion.lv and www.FastMotion.eu or any subsequent URL which may replace it. “You” means a user of the Website.
The Buyer’s Rights
The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online shop in accordance with these Regulations and legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
The Buyer also has other statutory rights as well as rights provided by these Regulations. Vai mums ir šÄds kods?
The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods ordered and pay for the goods and their delivery.
The Buyer undertakes not to transfer his/her identification code and other order-related information to the third parties. Should the Buyer lose his/her identification code, he/she undertakes to immediately notify the Seller via the online shop system.
Should the data provided in the Buyer’s registration form become a subject to alteration, the Buyer undertakes to promptly update it.
The Buyer selected goods shall be reserved and the Seller will start implementing the Purchase and Sale Agreement only after receiving the Buyer bank notification of payment for the goods selected. The Buyer undertakes to confirm the payment not later than within 24 hours following the click of the Buy button. Should the Buyer fail to confirm payment during the abovementioned period, the Seller shall be entitled to consider the Buyer withdrawn from the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
Should the Buyer refuse to accept the goods without valid reasons, the Buyer undertakes to meet the delivery-related expenses.
In addition, the Buyer undertakes to comply with other requirements provided by these Regulations and legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
Should the Buyer attempt to intervene with the online shop’s stable operation, the Seller is entitled to restrict or suspend (stop) the Buyer’s possibility to access the online shop or, in exceptional cases, eliminate the Buyer’s registration without prior notice.
The Seller has the right to temporarily or permanently stop the online shop’s operation and unilaterally change the Regulations without prior notice.
The Seller also has other statutory rights.
To create conditions for the proper use of services provided by the online shop. To organize delivery of the Buyer ordered goods to the Buyer indicated address.
Should, in the event of serious circumstances, the Seller fail to deliver the Buyer ordered goods, the Seller undertakes to offer the Buyer a similar article or, should the Buyer refuse to accept it, return the Buyer’s money within ten working days. In this case, the Seller shall be exempted from its liability for failure to deliver goods.
All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with our Order Acceptance Policy and availability. If the Product you have ordered is not available from stock you will be contacted by e-mail and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website. Please read more about our Cancellation Policy and our Return Policy both of which are incorporated into these Conditions.
We do our best to keep all prices and information on our website up to date. Occasionally prices can change at short notice so we reserve the right to alter specifications and prices on the web site at short notice. In the event that the price of an item ordered through our online shop has changed we shall do our utmost to honour the price shown at the time of ordering. However, in cases where there is a substantial difference we shall contact you to agree a new price before accepting payment. If you do not wish to agree the new price then we reserve the right to withdraw from the transaction.
We aim to ensure that all information on our web site is correct. However, we can not be responsible for the use of the information given.
Advice given by Fast Motion SIA staff on the telephone or by email is based entirely upon information given by the purchaser with no inspection undertaken. As such, all advice given is indicative only and should be checked by the purchaser prior to order. Where advice is given after visual inspection by Fast Motion SIA staff such advice shall amount to an opinion only.
Goods are supplied only to correspond to the purpose for which goods of that kind are commonly supplied and not alternative uses to which they may be put. No liability for failure will be accepted by Fast Motion SIA for such alternative use, amendment or modification.
We always do our best to deliver goods within the timescale quoted at the time of ordering but sometimes there can be a delay which is beyond our control. As such any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. (We strongly recommend that you do not make arrangements to have parts fitted until they have arrived. We will not be held responsible for any charges incurred if such arrangmenets have to be cancelled due to a delay in delivery or any workshop storage costs incurred)
All goods are subject to availability. If we can not supply the goods for any reason your credit card will be refunded by the full amount. Fast Motion SIA will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Goods may not be compatible with vehicles which have been modified, adapted or altered. Where goods ordered by the Purchaser are not compatible by reason of modification, adaptation or alteration we may accept such goods back into stock entirely at our discretion and will either issue a refund or credit to the purchaser subject to 10% restocking fee except where goods are specifically ordered for the purchaser where no such refund or credit is available.
Under no circumstances will Fast Motion SIA be held liable for any fitting charges incurred by the purchaser. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure he has the correct parts prior to fitting. This can be as simple as comparing shape and size of the new items with the parts to be removed from the car. In the rare event of an item being defective we shall act on the customer’s behalf to obtain compensation for fitting charges from the manufacturer. If the manufacturer refuses compensation then we shall not be held liable.
No liability is accepted by Fast Motion SIA where purchasers attempt to modify or install components where it is known or ought reasonably to be known to the purchaser that the part is incorrectly supplied or otherwise not in accordance with the order.
Any disputes arising or related to the Purchase and Sale Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller, shall be settled through mutual negotiations. Should the Parties fail to reach positive result, the disputes shall be settled in accordance with the order established by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
